Description

  • Recommended to use as a protective coating on permanently buried or submerged (steel and concrete) pipelines, building foundations and offshore structures.

✔️ Strong and ideal protection for steel and concrete structures
✔️ Excellent adhesion to steel, concrete, and galvanized iron
✔️ Superior resistance to alkali, salt water, wastewater, and oils
✔️ High flexibility and resistance to shrinkage and tensile stress
✔️ Solid, solvent-free formulation (100%)
✔️ Can be applied to wet surfaces without special treatment
✔️ Ability to form thick layers in a single application without sagging or shrinkage

🔧 Surface Preparation:

  • Remove oils, dirt, and salts.
  • For steel: Sandblast to Sa 2.5.
  • For concrete: Steam or chemically clean and roughen the surface.

🖌️ Application:

  • Mix the base and hardener at a ratio of 3:1 by weight.
  • Can be applied by airbrush, airless spray, roller, or brush.
  • The mixture must be used within 45 minutes (pot-life).

⏱️ Drying Time:

  • Surface Dry: 4 hours.
  • Complete Dry: 12 hours.
  • Repaint: After 12 hours.
  • Final Curing: 7 days.
