🛠️ Preparing the surface before application:

🔸 New concrete? You must wait 28 days for it to dry completely.
🔸 Ensure the surface is strong (compressive strength ≥ 30 N/mm²)
🔸 Clean the surface of any oils, dust, or old coatings.
🔸 Use mechanical equipment (abrasive or grinder) to remove any weak cement layer.
🔸 Fill any gaps or cracks with Techno treatment materials.
🔸 Remove all dust using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
