Description
A superior quality primer and undercoat paint based on modified alkyd resin. It is characterized by close pores and strong adhesion. It can be used directly as a primer on wood or intermediate coat on concrete and steelworks where smooth surface is required.
- Applied on precast wall panel or smooth concrete surface.
- For repairing cement-lime plasters inside / outside the building.
- It may be applied both to fill deep losses (e. g. chases after installation work) and to smooth the plaster surface.

🔧 Surface Preparation:
- Clean the wall of dust, oil, old paint, or any impurities.
- For new surfaces: Make sure they are clean and lightly damp.
- For old surfaces: Scrape and peel off any flaking paint or materials before priming.
🧪 Mixing Method:
- Add a 25 kg bag to 9-10 liters of water.
- Mix with a mortar until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Use the mixture within 3 hours only.
🖌️ Application:
- Apply the first coat using a putty knife.
Leave it to dry for 8 to 10 hours. - Lightly dampen the wall and apply the second coat.
- After drying, sand with 320-grit paper to achieve a smooth surface.
- Clean the surface and apply a coat of Techno Acrylic Primer.
- Then, apply the final paint according to the desired system.
