Description

  • Recommended to use as a sealer coat for exterior and interior applications on concrete and cement surfaces where excellent sealing and protection properties are required. It is also recommended as a prime coat for concrete and cement floors.
  • Spread rate: 7 m²/L.

✔️ Excellent resistance to water and harsh chemicals
✔️ Protection against scratches and abrasion
✔️ Superior hardness and long-lasting durability
✔️ Lead-free

🔧 Surface Preparation:

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and strong.
  • Remove any old paint, oils, or salts.
  • Light sanding or vacuum sanding is recommended to achieve a CSP2-3 level.

🖌️ Application Steps:

  • Mix the base component with the hardener at a ratio of 2:1 until a uniform color is achieved.
  • Use a short-pile (3/8-inch) epoxy roller or a stiff nylon brush for tight spaces.
  • Do not apply unless the concrete moisture content is less than 4%.

⏱️ Drying Time:

  • Completely dry within 8 hours.
  • The next coat can be applied after 18 hours (maximum 7 days).
  • ⚡ Note: The pot life of the mixture is approximately 45 minutes at 30°C. Do not use it after that.
