Description

✔️ Safe and approved for use in drinking water tanks and food storage.
✔️ Excellent resistance to water, corrosion, and shock.
✔️ Smooth, glossy, and easy-to-clean surface.
✔️ Long-lasting protection, even in harsh conditions.
✔️ Solvent-free, environmentally friendly formula.
✔️ No self-priming required.

🔧 Surface Preparation:

  • Remove any oils or dirt and spray the surface with high-pressure water.
  • For steel: Sandblast to Sa 2.5.
  • For concrete: Chemical or steam clean and roughen the surface.

🖌️ Application:

  • Mix the base and hardener at a ratio of 4:1 by weight.
  • Use an airless spray.
  • The mixture must be applied within 30 minutes (pot-life).
  • One coat, 100-400 microns thick, is sufficient.

⏱️ Drying Time:

  • Surface Dry: 3 hours.
  • Complete Dry: 5.5 hours.
  • Repaint: After 6 hours.
  • Ready to fill the tank: After 7 days.
