Description

This product features excellent rust resistance, very good hardness, adhesion, and flexibility. It is recommended as a primer for exterior and interior applications in industrial structures on steelwork, such as warehouses, steel structures, doors, and fire-fighting systems.

✔️ Withstands salts, acids, and strong alkalis.
✔️ Strong adhesion to iron and metal surfaces.
✔️ Resistant to solvents and weathering.
✔️ Excellent primer for any epoxy or polyurethane finish.
✔️ Easy to mix and apply, delivering professional results.
✔️ Spread rate: 12 m²/L.

Application Method:

  • Clean the surface thoroughly of oils, salts, rust, and old paint.
  • Prepare the surface by sanding or using cleaning tools according to the Sa2½ standard.
  • Mix the primer with the hardener at a ratio of 4:1.
  • Use a sprayer, roller, or brush as needed.
  • Don’t forget to dilute it with “Techno Epoxy Thinner,” depending on the tool type.

Drying Time:

  • ⏱️ Initially dries within 8 hours.
  • 🕓 Repainting is possible after 24 hours.
  • ✅ Complete drying within 7 days.
