🔧 Surface Preparation:
- Remove any oils or salts using high pressure.
- Sand the surface to a Sa 2.5 (SSPC-SP10 standard).
🖌️ Application Steps:
- Mix the base and hardener at a ratio of 4:1 until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Use a suitable roller or high-pressure sprayer.
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and has a humidity of less than 4%.
⏱️ Drying Time:
- Surface Dry: Within 8 hours.
- Complete Dry: Within 24 hours.
- Second Coat: After 24 hours.
- Final Strength: Within 7 days.
- ⚡ Note: The pot life of the mixture is approximately 6 hours at 25°C.
