Description

A superior quality primer and undercoat paint based on modified alkyd resin. It is characterized by close pores and strong adhesion. It can be used directly as a primer on wood or intermediate coat on concrete and steelworks where smooth surface is required.

Recommended to use for exterior and interior applications on concrete, cement, bricks surfaces of educational institutions, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, also can be used on air condition ducts.

✔️ Gives a balanced appearance between rough and smooth

✔️ Easy to apply and adjust during application

✔️ Excellent adhesion and provides a durable, cohesive layer

🔧 Surface Preparation:

  • Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.
  • Remove old paint and fill cracks with Techno Putty.
  • Smooth the surface as needed using Techno Powder Putty.
  • Apply Techno Interior Primer and let it dry.

🖌️ Application:

  • Apply Techno Tex using a sponge roller or spray gun.
  • Shape the granular texture according to the desired design.
  • Use a soft plastic roller to press and smooth out the undulations.
  • The shape can be adjusted during the drying period using appropriate tools.

⏱️ Drying Time:

  • Surface Dry: 2 hours.
  • Ready for the next coat: After 24 hours.
  • There is no maximum limit for a second application.
